HI Football fans!

Things are heating up in the NFL just as we wind down the College Football Season. Slim pickings this week in the NCAA, one value pick ATS, I do like Alabama to roll over Georgia with a win and cover.

Among the NFL ATS top picks, the road favorite Texans and Patriots should both get a strong win and cover, along with the Panthers. The road dog Browns may surprise the Raiders and the oddsmakers, and the Lions need a win at home, they should get it and cover against the Colts.

NFL Conference Championship Playoffs Picks 2012

Hi Football Fans! Updated

Wow! The Divsional Playoffs were some of the most exciting contests of the year, no disappointments in the action, although a lot of fans are wondering whether the real Packers missed the bus.

Now for the Superbowl Showdown, only two teams move on after this week and they play for all the marbles. These are a couple tough games to handicap, I expect all the teams will play tight, and a lot of the public cappers like the Giants for the win and cover. I'm going light across the board for now, I am just not sure I have a good handle on this game.

Will it be a Brother Jim Verses Brother John Superbowl? I don't see it that way. Brady is Red Hot, was it Tebow-Phobia or will he stay on the streak? In games like these, emotion and drive can overcome a lot of shortcomings, and I think we will see some more great football again in the Week 20 Playoffs.

A tough week for NFL Football Picks this week, Straight Up Moneyline there are some very strong winners, and these same teams should also do well Against the Spread.  Right now,  I like the Ravens, Saints and 49ers across the board this week, win and cover. The Giants are also tempting ATS.

NCAA Picks - Michigan looks very strong at home against Purdue for the win and cover, and keep an eye on Baylor at Oklahoma State, the line dropped from OS -18 to OS -13, I still like Oklahoma St by 20.

I like some NFL road teams this week. Washington moved 3 points, from +2 to -1 but they still look good to me to win and cover, almost too good. Still on the Lions bandwagon, looking for a Road Dog Win at Dallas. Can Cam Newtonize the Bears? Don't think so, but the stats say maybe. And the Colts look like a cover.

In the NCAA Games, ATS, watch for Texas Tech, a line move from -12 to -6, and BYU from -13 to -7.

After a great start, we have some pretty strong picks again this week. The Pack looks good again and I like the Bengals for an upset surprise. The Colts look hot on paper, but I am staying away from them without Manning. And on Monday, the Giants at home should play well.

At any rate, the DoverPro NFL Outlaw Line is posted with the early week ATS picks. Remember, these are the early picks and may change later in the week. The Final NFL Weekly Picks will be out on Wednesday afternoon for the final ATS, SU and Over under predictions.

Keep in mind the statistical base used to make the picks takes a few weeks of data to develop, these stats are weighted based on last year and some of the results of the preseason games.
