NFL Conference Championship Playoffs are Tomorrow! The weather still looks good for both games, and the fields are in good shape on the path to the Superbowl.  

The NFL Picks stay the same plus a teaser is added. Both the Patriots and the Panthers should win and both are probable to cover the spreads. The public thinks so too, most SU and ATS betting is on the favorites. Of course anything can and often does happen in professional football, especially in playoff games. The prior playoff rounds have been pretty predictable, the public bets have paid off big time along with a lot of prop bets and teaser bets that have hit. Will this trend continue? Rumors are that Vegas has taken teasers off the books this week, along with some props.

Hi NFL Playoff Football Fans!

Posting the Outlaw Line a bit early again this week. Last weekend the final picks were 4-0 sweep on the straight up picks, 3-1 on the ATS predictions and even got 3-0-1 on the Over/Under calls.   NFL Picks Results  I don't think I underestimated the Patriots last weekend, I overestimated the Chiefs defense against Tom Brady. 

NFL Conference Championship Playoffs! Now this is serious football. I have no doubt the four best teams in the NFL are playing on Sunday. In fact, in my opinion, the best two are playing each other, the Cardinals and the Panthers. The LVSC spreads seem about right. The Patriots are favored by three on the road at an oxygen poor Mile High Stadium in Denver,  and the Panthers favored at home by three also hosting the Cardinals.

Posting the lines a bit early this week.

NFL Divisional Playoffs! Last weekend had a bit of everything in it. Wild finishes and strange events, especially that Steelers/Bengals game. Foolish player actions cost the Bengals that win,  but that sure helped me,  4-0 sweep on the straight up picks, and 3-0-1 on the ATS predictions.  Final NFL Regular season went pretty well this year, positive units in all NFL Picks categories, you can see the results here: NFL Picks Results

This week the home teams are well rested, with an extra week off, with time to work on game plans and practice newly designed plays. The NFL Week 16 Outlaw Line Straight Up predictions show the Panthers highly likely to remain unbeaten, the Seahawks are home and are very probable for the win and Big Ben and the Steelers should get their 4th win in a row.  In the NFL ATS Predictions this week, Carolina tops the list to cover the home dog Falcons, road favorite Houston should cover Tennessee, and Kansas City should cover road dog Cleveland. Upsets? The Bears could get the win at Tampa Bay.

It was a very tough week for picks in the NFL with so many lopsided games, sometimes the time is right for an unexpected upset of strong public favorites. So I am going a bit light this week.

In NFL Week 5, the Straight Up picks have good value, it looks like a good week for the top home teams, the Packers, Chiefs, Ravens and Falcons all look very strong for the home win this week.  In the ATS predictions, Denver still looks strong for the cover at Oakland and the Packers should cover the visiting Rams.  Upsets? Maybe the Jaguars at the Bucs, and the Lions will be desperate for a win.

In the NCAAF College Football Picks for Week 6 straight up Top Hot Picks, Mississippi looks to be a sure lock at home against New Mexico State, Baylor should easily get the win on the road at Kansas, and Ohio State looks unbeatable at home hosting Maryland.  In the NCAAF ATS picks, Appalachian State should win and cover on the road at Georgia St, while Kansas should also cover at home against heavily favored Baylor, and Toledo look good as a home favorite for the cover over Kent State.

Week 5 already! Nearly a quarter of the regular season over, and a lot of surprises every week. Monday Night the Curse of Bobby Layne sure seemed to haunt the Lions again, costing them a game and giving the Seahawks a home win. 

The NFL Week 5 Outlaw Line has some close games, this is a tough week to handicap, but there may be some value plays.  The Denver Broncos on the road offer strong value against the underdog Raiders, the Packers also offer strong value hosting the road dog Rams, and the favored Ravens have good value against the visiting Browns.

In NFL Week 3 the money line picks have strong value, the Patriots over the Jaguars and the Seahawks over the Bears are near certain locks.  For the ATS predictions, again the home favorite Patriots look strong to cover the Jaguars,  the Packers hosting the road dog Bears offer good value for the cover, and the Colts should cover the home dog Titans.
