HI Football Fans!
Superbowl XLV! The one we waited for all year comes down to two teams that fought to get here. The Green Bay Packers are hot and rolling, beating 5 teams in a row on the road to get here, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are ready with the best defense in the NFL. Rodgers has been excellent and the Pack will be able to score, and Big Ben will also lead the team and keep it close. Most likely the last team to score wins this one. I see it close all the way, low scoring with very few mistakes.

NFL Playoffs Picks 2011 Conference Championship Green Bay at Chicago NY Jets At Pittsburgh
HI Football Fans!
Sunday is the day! We finally will see who plays in the 2011 Superbowl.
The Green Bay Packers still look strong with good value in the lines also. Although the Chicago Bears have the home field advantage, at this level of play that becomes less of a factor. Rodgers and the Pack offense are red hot right now, and Cutler and the Bears will have to play up to it to move on. Stopping the Pack will be tough.
The Pittsburgh Steelers with Mendenhall will be pounding out yards and their offense will be up to the task, but the NY Jets may keep it close, even against the stingy Steelers defense. I expect to see Sanchez hurried at lot and on the turf a few times, while Big Ben is a bit more elusive. Power football will make the difference.

NFL PICKS 2011 Divisional Playoff Predictions Point Spread, Moneyline, Totals
HI Football Fans!
The road to the Superbowl gets rough and rocky, this week the NFL Divisional Playoffs Predictions expect very physical football as some of the best defensive teams play. Saturday the Road Dog Packers are surging, and so are the Road Dog Ravens, but can they beat the favored teams at home? Both teams have value ATS and should play close. Sunday looks like a couple SU locks for the Bears and the Patriots, the Seahawks surprised the Saints (and the bookies) but the Bears will be prepared, rested and ready to cover, and the public does not think the fading Jets can cover the points. Should be a great NFL weekend!

Traditionally, the Wild Card weekend belongs to the Home Teams, under the theory that the road teams got in and if they were great teams, then they would be the home teams. But this has been a strange year so far, with more upsets than I can recall in a long while, and a Home Team making the playoffs with a losing record. Even more so, Wild Card Weekend Home Team underdogs are historically winners, I put a chart below for you. I plan to get this all sorted out for the final picks, out Thursday afternoon.

The NCAA picks continue to improve and there is some good value this week. The NFL picks have some very strong value for the Moneyline, and ATS the Chargers and the Packers look good this week. NFL Picks Week 4 NCAA Picks Week 5
Hi Football Fans!
Things look a bit better this week, and there are some changes in store for the picks pages next week, along with a bit more fine tuning. The NFL SU picks look very strong for the Packers and Saints, but ATS, I see them failing to cover, a tough week to make ATS picks though, so go light. College Picks this week mark the start of the Conference Games, so the odds are settling down, and there is some value in the picks this week.

NFL Week 2 NCAA week 3 Picks ATS SU OU
Hi Football Fans!
Not a bad week for the Week 2 NCAA picks, Top Picks were a sweep for the ATS and SU picks, and we went plus units on the Points Totals. The NCAA picks have some good value this week too. The NFL Picks are coming along, I see some value in the Titans and the Eagles ATS, and some very strong picks SU this week. Plus a bonus pick for both pages, those Panthers tempted me.

Based on computer statistical analysis of the NFL Power Rankings the NFL Outlaw line this week had some excess standard deviations, most likely from the games last week, where a number of teams just seemed to fizzle. Keep in mind the NFL Outlaw Line grows more accurate as the regular season is played out.

Superbowl Picks
HI Football Fans!
Whew! All year long we wait and now here it is, the Superbowl! This one looks to be a good matchup, with the public favoring the Colts pretty strongly. The early line was Colts by 4, and that moved to 5 then 5.5 pretty fast, I even saw a few 6 point offers.

A very tough week to make picks, but I think I found some good ones. There looks to be value in the Chargers again ATS, and the Falcons look like a late Holiday Present from the oddsmakers. Beware the Colts/Bills, Saints/Panthers and the Patriots/Texans games, it's likely the best team may not win. To get action on the better teams the oddsmakers are giving away outrageous points, under the "rest the best" theory.

Another dismal NFL ATS and totals week. I have re-examined the survey partners for the picks and made changes to the weighting factors, this should result in some better picks this week. NCAA Picks were great, and the unit counts keep going up!

The Football Free Picks are now in plus units in every pick category with the NCAA SWEEP last week.
After a tough week last week, we found some good value this week in the NFL SU picks and a good pick or two in the ATS and Points totals picks. Maybe a couple upsets in NFL week 9, I like the Cardinals at the Bears to win and for Monday Night game, the Broncos look good for the upset.
