This is the final NFL Outlaw LIne for the
2015-2016 Season. Last week I overestimated the Patriots, or
whoever that team was that showed up. But
regardless, Denver won, and they move on to the SUPERBOWL!
Matched up against the Panthers in San Francisco, the oddsmakers
don't give the Broncos much respect, making them 6 point underdogs as
of today. The Panthers were favored by four earlier, but the action was
too light on the Broncos so they added a few points for the underdog.
This tells us something. The Oddsmakers think the game will be closer
than the public does. And maybe fading the public is the way to go, since the "smart money" moved the line.
Two story lines
here. The Panthers and the up and coming 5th year player Cam Newton as
a storybook team. The Broncos and the experienced wily veteran
Peyton Manning likely to retire after this game. I wonder which storyline the NFL Brass want?
