Final NFL Divisional Playoff Week 19 Football Picks for the week are posted. Divisional Playoffs are a different brand of football. In the past, home teams usually won. In fact since 1990 Divisional Playoff hosts win at a 73% clip. However, since 2006, the top seeds are 8-8 SU and 3-13 ATS in the divisional playoff games. Makes for some tough picking, and a great weekend of NFL Football! 

For this round, the home teams all get the nod for the SU win, The Patriots, Seahawks, Packers and Broncos all should make their fans happy. The ATS Picks are more of a challenge, since the oddsmakers have set some questionable spreads. Right now, the road dog Ravens look strong for the cover, they should keep it close at New England, and the Seahawks giving 11 look strong for the cover over the Panthers. The Broncos also should cover the Colts on Sunday, while the Packers may struggle against the Cowboys. There will be some updates plus teasers posted on the weekend.

Final NFL and NCAA Football Picks for the week are posted early this week, due to some commitments tomorrow. Look for an update later in the week, and a teaser posted on Saturday AM. 

This week in the NFL Week 15 picks, for the Straight Up Moneyline picks, the home favorite Ravens should trounce the Jaguars, the Chiefs should defeat the road dog Raiders and the home favorite Lions should get the win over the Vikings. The NFL ATS Hot Picks were pretty tough this week, but there are a few good value picks. The Ravens are motivated and should cover the Jags, the Bills should keep it closer than 6 against the Packers and the Chiefs should cover the Raiders.

 

NCAAF Week 16  has the Army Black Knights facing the Navy Midshipmen. College Bowl picks will be posted early next week.

Action in the NFL this week will firm up the playoff picture on the path to the SuperBowl, right now the odds favor the Packers and the Patriots to go all the way, but some of the other top tier teams may still yet have a few surprises left.

The NFL last week as usual had some great games and the usual few surprises. The Chiefs and the Broncos are still both undefeated, that should not change this week, and looking ahead to Week 11, it could be a contest of two unbeaten teams at the mile high stadium.

This week a few standout ATS games look to have strong value, the Chargers should win and cover over the home dog Jaguars, the Patriots likewise over the Jets, and the home dog Cardinals may keep it close Thursday Night against the Seahawks. A couple upsets seem likely, the Cowboys and the Ravens may both win it outright.

NFL Week 5 was a bit of a bust, and I am still steamed about the Lions waiting until Sunday to announce Calvin Johnson was out.  The system now has 5 weeks of live play stats and I look for a more consistent output for the picks.

Week 2 was pretty good for the picks after a disaster for the opening week selections. Keep in mind these picks are mainly statistically generated and it usually takes a few weeks for the system to develop.

 

This week a couple home favorites stand out, the Ravens at home are getting points, they look to have value for the win and the cover, the Broncos can cover the 14 points against the Raiders, Seattle is a home favorite with a 19 point spread over Jacksonville, the Seahawks look to have strong value, but 19 points is a lot. Superbowl Outlaw Line Point Spread Predictions

Wow, we saw some great football games last weekend, and as usual, a surprise or two. This Sunday in the AFC and NFC Championship games look for some great football again, with teams and players playing at their peak.

 

The Patriots look too strong for the road dog Ravens, both straight up and against the spread, while the Falcons will keep it close against the Niners, and a bad bounce could have this game go either way.
