Manning is past his prime, but may have one great game still in him, if his offensive line can keep him safe. The Panther defense should get some respect too, they may be able to get past a weak line and get to Manning. If so, the score could become lopsided, fast.
Cam will be the difference, his mobility and running ability will give the Panthers the edge. The spread is 5.5 to 6 points.
